Return & Refund Policy
At HandleSelect, we want you to love your door hardware. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we'll accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Specification
If you're unhappy with the hardware schedule we've prepared for you, or if any item delivered doesn't match your approved quote, we'll swap it for the correct item within 90 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@handleselect.com and we'll arrange a prepaid return label and send the replacement at no additional cost to you.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Every HandleSelect product carries a lifetime mechanical warranty. If any item fails mechanically under normal use, we'll replace it at no cost to you with no time limit. Please note the warranty covers mechanical failure under normal use. Finish wear, patina, and surface changes over time are a natural characteristic of quality hardware and are not covered under warranty.
Custom Finishes and Made-to-Order Items
Items ordered in custom finishes or made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. We'll clearly identify any made-to-order items at the time of quoting.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email hello@handleselect.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
